Why do men cheat? The simple reason is that monogamy is not natural to the present human species. It is an unnatural state for a man to be in because, at the prime of his life, a man’s libido cannot be satisfied by one woman.

There is no Scriptural or scientific evidence that monogamy is suitable for men. None. And if you have it, I challenge you to produce it.

Many who follow the Western version of Christianity will try to spin a verse of Scripture as being against polygamy. Still, the fact remains that we do not have to give our interpretation to such verses, because the Judaeo-Christian Scriptures actually make provision for polygamy.

We see this in the laws of Moses. Exodus 21:10 is an example. That verse says:

“If he marries another woman, he must not deprive the first one of her food, clothing and marital rights.”

Some people will argue that that is the Old Testament. Listen, there is nothing like the Old and New Testament. Those words are not in Scripture.

Please fact-check me. The terms Old and New Testament were created by men, like you and I, and they never claimed that they acted under inspiration when they coined those words. They were first used by Melito, the bishop of Sardes in Asia Minor, almost 200 years after Yeshua (Jesus Christ), in 170 AD.

There is only one Scripture, which we have been deceived into calling the Old Testament. There was nothing like the New Testament during the time of Yeshua and His disciples. Again, fact-check me. The Gospels and everything we now know as the New Testament were written after Yeshua and most of His disciples had left this world.

The earliest books of the so-called New Testament are the letters of Paul, beginning with 1st Thessalonians.

There is only one Scripture containing the Law, and Yeshua (Jesus) said, “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.”-Matthew 5:17.

Scripture says, “God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind.”-Numbers 23:19.

Since that is the case, how can you teach that God is against polygamy when He Himself gave multiple wives to David? We see this in 2 Samuel 12:8:

“I gave your master’s house to you, and your master’s wives.”

So, if many major prophets, like Abraham, Jacob, David, Solomon and others, were polygamous, how did we allow Christendom to convince us it is a sin?

Look at the sudden rise in prostate cancer and other prostate issues in men of Afro-Caribbean origin. Why now? These maladies did not afflict our ancestors.

However, the Middle East and North Africa are the parts of the world most impervious to Western culture. This part of the Earth, also known as the MENA Region, has the lowest HIV rates in the world, as well as the lowest rates of sexually transmitted diseases on planet Earth. Not only that, Arab Muslim males have lower prostate cancer rates, as well as lower measures of prostate-specific antigen than Black or White males.

The risk of developing prostate cancer is 27% for Black males, 12% for White males, and 7% for Asian males.

Please assume I am lying and fact-check me.

Here is the main point: The MENA Region is also the most polygamous part of the world.

Is this a coincidence?

Some people point to Paul’s words, which say:

“A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife.”-1 Timothy 3:2.

Actually, that verse is proof that polygamy was practised amongst the original believers. If nobody were polygamous, why would Paul make that distinction?

And even that distinction is clear. It is meant for only overseers or bishops. In fact, there are even stronger verses on that issue. We see this in Matthew 19:10-11:

“The disciples said to him, “If this is the situation between a husband and wife, it is better not to marry.” Yeshua (Jesus) replied, “Not everyone can accept this word, but only those to whom it has been given.”

Paul, also known as Saul, re-echoed this in 1 Corinthians 7:7, which says:

“But I wish everyone were single, just as I am. Yet each person has a special gift from God, of one kind or another.” (NLT).

“I wish that all of you were as I am. But each of you has your own gift from God; one has this gift, another has that.” (NIV).

From the above, it is clear that monogamy and celibacy were special provisions for people who were in the ministry, like me. But they were not to apply to all men.

In my opinion, and please note that I am not speaking for God here, neither do I claim to be inspired by the Holy Spirit in saying this, it is far better to be polygamous and loyal to your wives than to be monogamous and cheat on your wife.

Another way we can know that monogamy is not natural is to look at the libido of men and women. A man’s libido is still active at eighty. However, a woman’s libido gradually fades away between her forties and fifties. I am not referring to menopause. I am referring to libido. Please fact-check me.

Now, are you telling me that if a thirty year old man marries a twenty five year old woman, and he lives to be eighty, he is expected by his Maker to give up marital intercourse for the last twenty five years of his life because his wife has no libido?

Even Rupert Murdoch, the billionaire media mogul, just got married at 93, and the retired astronaut Buzz Aldrin, the second man to walk on the moon, also got married at 93. According to their doctors, both of them are still functioning in the bedroom.

I am fifty and still mighty in the bedroom, boardroom and newsroom. How many women of my age have their libidos intact? I agree it is not fair. But I did not make myself or them. God did!

How do you explain that?

Men cheat on their wives because religion has cheated men of their rights!
